We are currently looking for full time and part time infant/toddler teachers who will encourage children to be lifelong learners by creating meaningful experiences that will foster their curiosity, and development from a young age. Our team is a family and we love them as much as we do our children! Responsibilities: Implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum Advancing physical and intellectual competence by adapting program activities to meet the individual needs of the children Communicating appropriately and professionally with both parents and fellow staff members Providing positive guidance by supporting social and emotional development Establishing positive and productive relationships with families Ensuring a well-run program by developing lesson plans and building teamwork Understanding and implementing Gabina’s Health & Safety procedures Arriving each day with a positive outlook and a great sense of humor Requirements: · Kindness and strong character · Desire to nurture children and help them to grow to help make the world a better place · A CDA or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (will consider current enrollment in pursuit of a degree) · 45 Hour Infant/Toddler Certificate Preferred · Must be able to work between the hours of 7:00AM – 6:00PM · Strong written and verbal communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
