We are a proud NDIS Provider. We can support you to achieve the goals in your NDIS plan. We will work alongside you, the key people in your life, and your support workers to help you reach your goals and make the most of your abilities. We offer a range of therapeutic and social support services at our health centres and in community settings. Any NDIS Participant can access our NDIS-funded services at our health centres.
