Viral Feta Egg 🍳 Ingredients: 1 large egg 20 grams feta cheese 1 small tortilla or slice of toasted bread ¼ avocado Sat and pepper Pinch of red pepper flakes Butter or olive oil spray Lemon juice Chili oil for garnish Instructions: 1. Heat a small frying pan or skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with cooking oil. Crumble feta cheese evenly over the pan. 2. Allow the feta to sauté for a minute until it starts to melt without burning. 3. Crack the egg into the center of the pan. Season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. 4. Cook the egg to your desired doneness. 5. Warm the tortilla on a gas stove, oven, or microwave. 6. Mash the avocado onto the tortilla. 7. Once the egg is cooked and the cheese has a golden brown crust, carefully transfer it onto the tortilla. 8. Garnish with pickled onions and chili oil. Serve and enjoy! Reel by @carleynadine_
