After I sold my MSP in 2016, I spoke with nearly 500 MSPs over about 18 months (yep, I was a Zoom addict). And, like me - the biggest challenge most of them had was exactly the same. They were all struggling with their MSP plans & packages. What should they include? What should they exclude? How many plans should they have? How should I price them? I was answering these same questions over and over and over again. I'm a lazy guy by nature, so I started throwing all my answers into a PDF that I could send people to save me answering the same questions again and again.
