✨WE ARE HIRING - Experienced Carpenter Job details ----------------------------------------- We’re looking for a skilled, detail-driven Carpenter to join our capable construction team. This role focuses on high-quality residential renovation work, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, framing, finish carpentry, tile installation, and punch-list details. If you take pride in craftsmanship and hate sloppy work as much as we do, you’ll feel right at home. Key Responsibilities ----------------------------------------- 1. Carpentry & Construction • Perform rough and finish carpentry with precision • Install trim, doors, casing, baseboards, cabinets, and hardware • Execute framing, subfloors, and structural support modifications • Install tile for floors, walls, backsplashes, and showers with clean lines and proper leveling • Complete drywall hanging/finishing, flooring installs, and general remodeling tasks • Read drawings, scopes, and measurements accurately 2. Light Plumbing & Electrical • Install or replace faucets, sinks, traps, disposals, and basic plumbing components • Install or replace light fixtures, switches, outlets, and basic electrical components (no panel work) • Troubleshoot simple issues and identify when a licensed trade is required 3. Renovation & Remodeling Support • Assist with kitchen and bathroom remodels from start to finish • Support coordinated work with other trades to maintain efficient project flow • Identify issues proactively and communicate needed corrections 4. Field Operations • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site • Interact professionally with clients and team members • Manage time efficiently and deliver work that meets OnPoint quality standards 5. Completion of the probationary period does NOT guarantee an employment offer; it depends on performance, professionalism, and meeting company expectations.
