Every mission builds on the one before it: returning patients receive follow-up care, new patients get the help they urgently need, and our dedicated Patient Care Coordinator ensures support continues long after the team leaves. 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫: 𝐰𝐰𝐰.𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡.𝐨𝐫𝐠 💙 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞: 🫶 Coordinating GYN surgery for a woman with an 11cm ovarian mass. 🫶 Seeing dramatic improvement in a toddler diagnosed with rickets in February after just a few months of treatment and nutritional supplements. 🫶 Finding pediatric cardiology referrals and helping fund transport and consult support for children with serious heart concerns. 🫶 Providing treatment, education, and practical resources for patients living with painful sun-triggered skin conditions. 🫶 Caring for a severely malnourished 7-month-old baby in need of ongoing support. 🫶 Connecting a young woman and her family with guidance for a severe mental health condition. 🫶 Celebrating a returning patient whose seizure disorder is now controlled — and who is thriving. 🫶 Helping a woman with rheumatoid arthritis return to her work as a seamstress because she can now access the medication she needs. 🫶 Seeing a man with previously undiagnosed diabetes return with his blood sugar dramatically improved after treatment and follow-up care. 💙 And these stories are only a few among hundreds of patients living with chronic conditions who rely on consistent, compassionate care.
