🚨Coming Soon to Fairfax: Small-Group Personal Training Designed for Women Over 40! We’re a personal training facility obsessed with helping people of ALL levels of fitness (not just young, in-shape fitness-fanatics) transform their lives! Best part? We’re giving our first 50 members the chance to join one of the nation’s top personal training facilities for a great founding member discount :) Oh, and just so you know… 💪 We don’t make you throw crazy weights over your head or scrape your shins on boxes (we do safe, effective, INCLUSIVE, fun-as-heck workouts that even the most "but I've never worked out in years" rookie can love and enjoy) 💪 We don’t throw you on a treadmill or random machines for half the session (You’ll get REAL hands-on coaching from fun, supportive, professional experts who care about you and know your goals and your body’s needs) 👍 💪 We don’t let you get lost in coached-by-a-TV classes of tons of people doing things that aren’t tailored for you (you’ll get fun, energizing groups with other fun, supportive people you’ll actually LOVE showing up for, ALWAYS under the careful, safe supervision of the world's most professional trainers who will customize all workouts for YOU!) 💪 We don’t make you ‘go it alone’ (we’ll track your progress and make sure you keep hitting your goals and loving your workouts!) 💪 You won't have to choose from a limited schedule--we have short, fun workouts and tons of session options! 💪 All of it happens at our private studio in the City of Fairfax! Just click “learn more” below and we’ll get you all the details on our presale specials right away!
