Parents in North Shields & North Tyneside 👀 Is your child 12+ and looking for something more challenging than the usual sports? Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is one of the best activities a young person can start at this age. At Serenity Jiu Jitsu, our classes help teenagers develop: ✅ Real confidence ✅ Focus and discipline ✅ Self-defence skills ✅ Resilience under pressure ✅ Fitness without boring gym workouts But more importantly… They become part of a positive community. Our academy is known across North Tyneside for being friendly, welcoming and supportive. No egos. Just students helping each other improve. Many parents tell us the same thing after their child starts training: “My child has become more confident, focused and disciplined both on and off the mats.” And the great thing about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is that anyone can start. You don’t need to be fit. You don’t need experience. You just need to show up and try. 🥋 First Class FREE Come and see why so many families from North Shields, Newcastle, Gateshead and Durham choose Serenity Jiu Jitsu. 👇 Tap Sign Up to book your child’s free trial class today.
