𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 is Cyanergy's Back Office, Marketing, Sales Office, Customer Support and IT based in Dhaka, Bangladesh 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Responding promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. • Providing product information, resolving issues, helping with online applications and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Collaborating with Sales & Operation Team to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. • Handling customer complaints and resolve them by working with required teams. • Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system or database. • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products or services, gather feedback, and address any remaining concerns or questions. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: • Fluency in English is essential for this role. • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
