𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-Time | On-Site 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Joypurhat Tower (Level 6), Block F, House 2–3, Main Road, Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬: 6 days a week 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞: ➤ Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM ➤ Evening Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM ➤ Night Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: 20,500 – 25,000 BDT 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: ◆ Interact professionally with international clients. ◆ Understand client needs and coordinate with relevant teams to deliver services on time. ◆ Build and maintain long-term client relationships. ◆ Respond to client queries, provide solutions, and escalate issues when required. ◆ Maintain reports of client communication and identify potential growth opportunities. 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: ➤ Strong English communication skills (spoken and written). ➤ Good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. ➤ Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, or Full Stack Development will be an advantage. ➤ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. ➤ Must be capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
