Nowadays, it’s not that common to see 3 generations living under 1 roof. My clients here are one of the few families around with such a crowded household! Even though it has its benefits, 3 generation living has challenges too. Especially when it comes to providing the very best for the family. When I understood their situation, I was more determined than ever to help them secure their ideal new home, because they’re working very hard to take care of the entire household. They wanted to relocate somewhere more convenient, and also to have a bigger space to allow each family member to have more personal space. After several rounds of discussion, they agreed to my proposal and we’re finally ready to proceed with finding their new dream home. Their requirements are certainly different from most other home owners I help! Which is why I’m really looking forward to helping them take the next step in their property progression. What I really love about my job is to meet different people daily to understand their unique property-related problems, so I can identify the root cause and provide unique solutions.
