Lola Blankets was created in memory of Amy Higham, our Lola. She lived a life filled with love, service, and courage. Through years of living with breast cancer, Amy found peace and comfort in her soft, faux-fur blanket — a small refuge during some of her hardest days. That same blanket soon became a symbol of love for her family. Before she passed, Amy gifted each of her children their own, identical to hers, so they would always feel her warmth wrapped around them, even when she couldn’t be there. In her honor, we created Blankets for the Brave, a program that shares Amy’s legacy of comfort and compassion. Through it, we donate our most special blankets to women living with stage four breast cancer and to the patients at the Huntsman Cancer Institute - offering a touch of softness and strength to those fighting their own battles. We also work closely with the Morgan Pressel Foundation to make mammograms more accessible. This month we are donating 100% of proceeds from the Pink Check Lola to The Morgan Pressel Foundation.
