PLUMBING TECHNICIAN WANTED We’re building the kind of plumbing company we’d want working in our own homes and we’re looking for someone who wants to help us build it. Family First Plumbing is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced plumbing technician to join our team serving Monmouth and Ocean Counties. We’re not looking for someone who simply wants to run as many calls as possible. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can diagnose a problem instead of just treating the symptom, communicates clearly with homeowners, respects their property, and understands that the way we leave a job matters just as much as the work itself. What we’re looking for: Solid residential service plumbing experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability Clean, professional workmanship Comfortable explaining problems and options to homeowners Someone who shows up prepared and follows through Respect for customers, their homes and the rest of the team Comfortable documenting jobs, taking photos and using a field-service app Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Boiler and hydronic heating experience is a major plus.
