Head RVN, this one’s for you. 🐶🐱 We’re Strachan Vets — a proudly independent small animal practice with branches in Heaton and Tynemouth, and our nursing team has a Head RVN seat with your name on it. What we’re looking for is an RCVS-registered RVN with solid clinical skills and at least 3 years’ experience, who’s confident leading a nursing team, developing protocols, mentoring others, and helping keep our standards of care high across both sites. Proven leadership experience as a Head RVN, or previous experience leading a veterinary nursing team, is essential. What we’re offering isn’t just a title — it’s a 4-day week, fair pay, 5 weeks’ holiday plus bank holidays, paid RCVS & VDS, flexible CPD funding, staff pet discounts, and proper support from directors and a practice manager who are present and approachable. Want to get a feel for us first? Come spend a day with the team.✨ 📩 [email protected] 📞 tel. 0191 265 3998 #strachanvets #HeadRVN #RVNjobs #Newcastle
