Whether you already have experience or are starting your career, this is an opportunity to work in a safe, well-organised and fair working environment. ⚠️ IMPORTANT – FINNISH LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT 🇫🇮 Basic Finnish language skills are required (sufficient for site safety communication). ✔️ If you meet the language requirement, you can be considered directly for employment. 📘 If you do NOT yet meet the Finnish language requirement, but other criteria are fulfilled, you can still apply on the same application page: Your application will be reviewed normally If suitable, you will receive an invitation to Finnish language studies Language studies are NOT a job offer After reaching the required Finnish level, you can continue in the recruitment process or reapply 👉 Important: Employment can only start once the required Finnish language level is achieved. 🔨 ABOUT THE JOBS Daily tasks may include: Demolition work and site preparation Reinforcement and concrete casting Wall and structure building Assisting carpenters and skilled workers during interior phases 📌 Work varies by site, offering learning and development opportunities. ✅ WHAT WE EXPECT Minimum age 18 years Basic Finnish language skills (or readiness to study Finnish) Valid Finnish construction safety card (Työturvallisuuskortti) Considered an advantage (not required): Previous construction experience Vocational training in construction Category B driving licence and own car 💶 SALARY Typical gross monthly salary: €2,060 – €3,587 Depends on experience, duties and location Annual averages in Finland: €45,000 – €51,000 Final salary agreed in the employment contract ⏱️ WORKING HOURS Monday–Friday 07:00 – 15:30 🌍 VISA & RELOCATION SUPPORT (NON-EU / NON-EEA) Support with work permit / visa process after job offer Required documents provided for application from home country Employer-coordinated arrival and work orientation Shared accommodation arranged or assistance in finding housing Full Finnish employment contract and social security coverage Pension, unemployment insurance & occupational safety protection Same legal working conditions as Finnish employees 🇫🇮 WHY WORK IN FINLAND?
