KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Patient Care & Check-In: Greet patients warmly, verify insurance and payment methods, update medical histories, and collect/process payments. * Scheduling & Office Flow: Manage and confirm appointments, contact patients to reschedule missed visits, and coordinate with the doctor to maintain an efficient schedule. * Clinical Support: Guide patients through forms, record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, weight, height), accurately scribe visit notes, and assist with therapies or treatment plans as directed by the doctor. * Communication & Records: Answer phones with a pleasant manner, respond to emails, maintain accurate patient files, and ensure insurance verification for new appointments. * Office Upkeep: Keep the waiting area clean and welcoming throughout the day, perform cleaning duties, and prepare the clinic for the next business day. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: * High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. * 2–3 years of customer service or office experience preferred (medical or chiropractic a plus). * Strong multitasking, organizational, and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; fast typing and comfort with EMR or billing software. * Professional, friendly demeanor and the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality (HIPAA compliance). * Enthusiasm for a holistic health philosophy and willingness to share the benefits of chiropractic care. * Experience in Marketing or Event planning a plus JOB TYPE: Full-time BENEFITS: * 401(k) matching * Health insurance APPLICATION QUESTION: Please write a paragraph on why you would like to work in our office.
