AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIANS – Tired of being lied to? Most shops promise the world. Good pay. Respect. Steady hours. A "great culture." But then you show up, and the truth hits: No work on the rack. The boss disappears. Dispatching is a joke. And suddenly, that “family atmosphere” feels more like a hostage situation. If you’re a tech who takes pride in doing things right, and you’re looking for a place where leadership has your back and the shop stays busy—Ft. Walton Radiator Auto Air & Repair might be your new home. We’re not perfect. But we do what we say, and we’ve been doing it since 1977. Here’s what you’ll find if you walk through our doors: => WHAT WE PROMISE OUR TECHS <= • $26–$31/HR BASE PAY + PRODUCTION BONUSES Our pay plan rewards your skill and your hustle with generous weekly and monthly production bonuses. You’ll have steady hours, and when the shop wins, you win too. No flat-rate games or starving during slow times. • $500 SIGN-ON BONUS We know changing shops isn’t easy. If you’re experienced and ready to get to work, we’ll throw in $500 just to help ease the transition. • FIVE-DAY WORK WEEK – NO WEEKENDS EVER Your life matters outside of work. We offer a real 5-day schedule with paid vacation, holidays, and flexibility for family stuff. Recharge and still get your hours. • STEADY CAR COUNT + NO DISPATCH DRAMA This isn’t a ghost-town shop. We’ve got a loyal customer base, strong marketing, and proven systems that keep the bays full and the workflow fair. No favorites. No techs left behind. • TOP-SHELF TOOLS & DIAGNOSTICS Factory scan tools? Check. Up-to-date aftermarket diagnostics? Check. Need a tool that makes your life easier? We’ll make it happen. You can’t do good work with junk equipment—and we know that. • REAL TRAINING & CAREER GROWTH Want to sharpen your diag skills? Learn new tech? We invest in our people and pay for training that actually helps you grow—not just checkbox training. If you’re hungry to learn, we’ve got your back. • NO MICROMANAGEMENT – JUST MUTUAL RESPECT We don’t hover. We don’t yell. We trust our techs to handle their business—and in return, we make sure you’ve got what you need to succeed. It’s that simple. • CLEAN, ORGANIZED, WELL-RUN SHOP This is a 6-bay facility. We’re not a grease-pit. We’ve got structure, clear systems, and a team that actually gives a damn about each other and our customers. • YOU’LL NEVER BE JUST A NUMBER HERE Low turnover. High trust. Appreciation every day. And yes—we actually say thank you when you bust your butt. That goes a long way. A LITTLE ABOUT US We’re located in Ft. Walton Beach, FL. Been here since 1977.
