EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT Job Description: • Manage schedules, meetings • Manage company-client executive level interactions • Provide administrative and operational support • Handle team-client documentation, follow-ups, and task coordination • Support leadership with day-to-day execution Requirements: • Must be a female • Must have a bachelor’s degree and a postgraduate degree or training. • Minimum 2–3 years relevant experience • Highly organized, attentive to details, proactive, and solution-oriented • Strong communication, leadership and time-management skills • Suitable for candidates within the age range of 35-45 years. 2. SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER Job Description: • Plan, create, and manage content across our social media platforms • Grow engagement, ensure visibility, improve brand awareness and ensure consistent posting. • Monitor analytics and optimize content performance based on data. • Meet monthly social media target • Submit monthly performance report. Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years experience in SUCCESSFUL social media management for organizations and brands and • Strong content creation and copywriting skills • Good understanding of trends, engagement, and growth strategies • Demonstratable social marketing skills • Suitable for candidates within the age range of 25-30 years. 3.
