57. Menopausal. Stuck. Then she dropped 15kg, rebuilt her strength, and wore her bikini with PRIDE! Neelam didn’t come to us asking for a six-pack. She came to me because she didn’t feel like herself anymore. ✔️ She was thriving at work ✔️ Her kids were grown ✔️ She was independent and smart But… ❌ Her body felt bloated, achy, and tired ❌ Clothes didn’t fit the way they used to ❌ She felt invisible — to herself What did she want? To feel strong, healthy, and free again. We didn’t crash diet. We didn’t train like a 20-year-old. Instead, we: → Fuelled her body with high-protein, hormone-supportive foods → Focused on smart strength training, not endless cardio → Built in flexibility for holidays, stress, and real life! The result? 🔥 15.1kg down 📏 21cm off her belly 👙 Confidence on her girls' trips 💪 A body that feels energised, defined, and fully hers again And now? She’s not chasing weight loss. She’s building tone, power, and peace - for life! ✨ If you're a woman over 40 and think “that could be me”… it absolutely could! 📩 DM me RENEW or drop a 🔥 and we will show you how to make it work for you. Only 2 coaching spaces open this month. Let’s make this YOUR comeback year ✨️ #RENEWMethod #PerimenopauseSupport #WomenOver40 #MenopauseFitness #BodyConfidenceOver40 #MuscleAfterMenopause #TransformationJourney #FeelStrongFeelSexy #TejFit
