There's a reason "school mornings," is a meaningful phrase and this morning was no exception. ...yes, he is now wearing socks, thanks to the school! 😄 ✏️ Community, our schools need our help! I took my son to school this morning and stopped by the office to check in. While I was there three students came in with individual, expensive needs: pants, backpack, socks, and the school didn't hesitate one bit, the students were handed what they needed. 🥪 In the same time frame, it was communicated to me that "budgets are tight," and plastic wear needed to be paid for by students who bring their own lunch. "Budgets are tight," is a phrase we are heading from schools all over the Magic Valley. Schools trying to educate, feed, clothe, and keep an eye on our kids...are struggling with the funds to do so. 🍪 Here's where we can help! White Barn Bakery is throwing a bake sale! All proceeds from cookie sales are going to be donated right back into our schools.
