Our team at 717 Coffee & Co. comprises visionary entrepreneurs with a passion for exploring the globe, always in search of good coffee and innovative concepts to introduce to our beloved home, the Philippines. The interior of 717 Coffee & Co. was thoughtfully designed to stir a spectrum of emotions, particularly joy and exhilaration, reminiscent of the sentiment experienced within the iconic La Sagrada Família in Barcelona, Spain. The introduction of the color blue was a deliberate choice, symbolizing trust, authority, and serenity. Furthermore, it was selected for its calming and relaxing effects, aimed at providing a energizing environment within our coffee shop. At the heart of our space, the artwork “Slowdown” by Rafael Yap serves as a perfect embodiment of the number 717, encouraging patrons to take a moment to pause, recenter themselves, and forge meaningful connections with others. The space is designed to provide a multisensory experience, featuring a slow-drip brewing process reminiscent of Nordic coffee culture. With a 270-degree window, our store blurs the line between indoors and outdoors. All of this was made possible thanks to our partner @wavelength.design , whose vision and design expertise brought our space to life.
