Identifying opportunities for relevant exterior improvements. Building your referral network to create future business. Investigate weather-related damage in neighborhoods and be our first point of contact with property owners. Contact past customers to check in and talk about new opportunities to help them with their homes. Create happy customers and receive referrals and positive reviews for Triple Peaks Roofing. Participate in networking and marketing events to build relationships. Continuously grow your sales competency through professional development and training COMPENSATION Job Type: Full-time Base Pay + Commission Performance Bonuses QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Ability to work with minimal supervision after training Upbeat positive attitude Strong Communication skills Comfortable with office technology, CRM software, and mobile apps High school or equivalent (Required) Ability to use ladders for inspections Organized and able to follow processes. Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license.
