Apple Gadgets looking for a “Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager” for Supply Chain Department Vacancy: 02 Job Location: Panthapath, Dhaka Salary: Up to 65,000 BDT Employment Status: Full-time Experience Requirements: At least 4 - 5 years in the relevant position. Should have experience in relevant field. Job Responsibilities: ● Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations across the Inventory Office. ● Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Fulfillment, Rider Management, QA, and Courier teams. ● Monitor daily distribution plan & processes. ● Oversee procurement processes to guarantee timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods. ● Streamline order fulfillment processes to improve speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. ● Oversee Rider Management and Courier teams to ensure timely deliveries and optimal route planning. ● Implement and maintain rigorous QA processes to ensure compliance with product quality and service standards ● Analyze quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. ● Track and analyze KPIs across all teams to identify areas for improvement. ● Prepare and present reports on inventory performance, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness to senior management. ● Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Business or Commerce). Technical Qualifications: ● Experience in ERP-based operation. ● Product knowledge (Mobile Phone & Gadgets). ● Strong Research and Data Analysis Skills. ● Strong competency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. ● Strong Communication and presentation Skills. ● Ability to work independently. ● Willingness to work extra hours when required and with cross-functional teams. ● Should have the ability to work under pressure.
