Now Hiring: Warehouse Lead in Evanston Direct Hire Opportunity Full-Time | Hourly Role | Overtime Eligible We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Lead to support day-to-day fulfillment and warehouse operations for high-volume DTC and LTL shipments. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoys keeping operations accurate, organized, and moving forward. Pay Range: $65,000 to $85,000 annually, based on experience What You’ll Do: - Lead daily warehouse activities including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and returns - Ensure high order accuracy and on-time shipments - Maintain organized warehouse layout using 5S and best practices - Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and ERP updates - Coordinate small parcel and LTL shipments with carriers and vendors - Work closely with customer service, production, inventory, and leadership - Track key performance metrics and support continuous improvement - Promote safe and efficient warehouse practices What We’re Looking For: - High school diploma or equivalent - 3+ years of warehouse or fulfillment experience - At least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role - Experience with DTC orders and LTL shipping - WMS, RF scanning, and strong Excel skills - Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work flexible shifts and in a warehouse environment Preferred Experience: - Manufacturing or production environment - Forklift certification - ERP or inventory systems experience, Business Central preferred - E-commerce platform experience such as Shopify - Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement knowledge - Experience working with 3PLs and carrier management Benefits Include: - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with company contribution - Paid time off and paid holidays - Professional development support Interested?
