Feast season is here. 🔥 Our first feast of the season lands on 10th July on Baby Bay. We are celebrating the incredible Hogget raised by our friend George Hills at @tretawnfarm Hogget sits between lamb and mutton. More developed in flavour, just as tender. We will be cooking it whole on the Asado on the beach, the centrepiece of our four course feast inspired by the flavours of The Levant. CANAPÉS BBQ scallops with urfa chilli butter Marinated feta skewers za’atar crisps with spicy pepper ezme dip. Mezze STARTER Shish taouk Pureed beetroot with goats curd and dill Slow roasted tomatoes with zoug Hummus with aleppo pepper and toasted pine nuts Flatbreads MAIN Whole hogget on the Asado Fig and pistachio salsa Bulgar wheat with BBQ vegetables Very herby green salad. Dessert Individual fruit tarts with crème fraîche. Vegetarian and pescatarian options available. Tickets are £75 and include a welcome drink.
