Medicine Drum Meditation/Journey The Drum is calling. Beneath the noise of everyday life there is a rhythm - ancient, steady, and familiar. Join Ashley for a deeply immersive Medicine Drum Journey, a guided meditation experience using the powerful heartbeat of the medicine drum, the soulful tones of the Native American flute and the g Ashley will guide you using the medicine drum, rattle and flute, and the grounding textures of the medicine rattle. These sacred sounds work together to create space where the mind softens, the body relaxes, and you can reconnect with your inner rhythm. This event is also a personal return to the roots - back where the journey first began with the drum. Simply lie down, relax, and allow the sound to carry you. - Release tension - Quiet the mind - Reconnect with yourself - Be held by the rhythm of the drum No experience needed - just come as you are. Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate. If you feel the pull of the drum, trust that feeling. These gatherings are intentionally kept small so everyone can fully relax into the experience and be held in a supportive space.
