Ad text
I’m 64 and my doctor kept telling me the same thing: “You need to walk more.” Easy for her to say. She doesn’t know what it feels like when every step hurts. I’d start my day with good intentions. “Today I’ll walk around the block.” But after 10 minutes, my feet would be screaming. Plantar fasciitis, she called it. So I’d go home. Sit down. Feel guilty about it. My daughter kept sending me articles: “Walking prevents dementia.” “7,000 steps a day adds years to your life.” I knew all this. But knowing doesn’t make your feet stop hurting. I watched my step count drop from 5,000 to 2,000 to barely 1,000 steps a day. Then my friend Linda told me about these insoles. I was skeptical—I’ve tried insoles before. “Just try them,” she said. “30-day guarantee.” First walk—I noticed something different. Not pain-free, but... manageable. By week two, I was walking to the mailbox without dreading it. Last month, I walked 7,500 steps in one day. First time in three years. My blood pressure is down. I’ve lost 6 pounds without trying. I have energy again. If your doctor tells you to walk more but your feet won’t let you—I get it. Link below. It changed everything for me.
