Job Overview: Lucky' Grub & Pub is the latest addition to Rayburn Resort. We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking their orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options - Take accurate food and drink orders from guests - Enter orders into the POS system (e.g., Toast POS) for accurate billing - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal and promptly addressing any concerns or requests - Prepare bills and process payments using cash registers or other payment methods - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas Skills: - Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role preferred - Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu items - Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Sales-oriented mindset to upsell menu items and promote specials - Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with kitchen staff and other servers Note: This is a paid position.
