Your role is to translate brand strategy into visuals that: * Increase sales * Strengthen brand positioning * Support retail expansion (7-11, modern trade, events) * Communicate clearly to our target consumers This is not a “pretty Instagram post” role. This is a brand-building, revenue-driving role. What We Mean by “Commercial Mindset”: * Think about who is buying and why * Understand shelf impact & packaging hierarchy * Design with conversion in mind * Ask: “Will this make someone pick up the product?” & “How can I communicate this product’s benefits” * Understand margin, pricing tiers, positioning * Know the difference between aesthetic and effective (↘)
