These will weigh approximately 900g - 1.5kg each. Recommended cooking Guidelines (for medium) Preheat oven to 150 degrees. Season the steak well and rub oil over the steak. Sear on both sides in the pan, then transfer to oven and cook for Approx 30 minutes. Open 7 Days a week.
