"I wanted to wait before writing a review, as some supplements seem to lose their effect over time. I’ve now gone through 5 bottles and still have only positive things to say! If you struggle with mindless snacking, emotional eating, or not recognizing fullness cues, this might be worth trying. I take one every night before bed and haven’t experienced the hunger spike some have mentioned… actually the opposite. I’ve noticed that I’m eating more balanced portions, bringing home leftovers from restaurants, and feeling less inclined to snack out of boredom. And when I do snack, I find myself reaching for things like blueberries and clementines instead of my usual go-to doritos chips. I’ve also noticed a big difference in how my clothes fit since starting these.. I’m going to have to buy a new wardrobe soon.
