Let’s bust a few myths. 👉 Myth 1: Soap removes seasoning. Nope. Seasoning is polymerised oil bonded to the surface. Soap can’t touch it — unless you’re bathing your pan in bleach and other bad decisions. 👉 Myth 2: Metal utensils will ruin the surface. Only if your pan has a coating. This one doesn’t. Scrape away — it’s solid iron, not a fragile ego. 👉 Myth 3. You need a seperate pan to cook things like fish. Unless you’re leaving actual salmon chunks in there… you’re fine. Clean your damn pan, and you can cook your eggs on it the next morning, no worries. Use it. Wash it. Dry it. Oil it. Repeat for life.
