Calling all Women in/around Paignton, Torquay, Totnes and surrounding areas! If you're looking to start with a refresh of your fitness, energy and strength then getting some expert help from a skilled Personal Trainer (at a fraction of normal Personal Training costs) will be AMAZING for you! I'm now opening my 30 Day Challenge training at my private studio, which is best for: - women who have a pretty chequered history of "sticking to" exercise but want to feel stronger, fitter and healthier - Are time poor so need something that gets the best possible results with only 2 sessions per week - Enjoys having the support of people on a similar journey to them - Doesn't have the headspace to know if they are doing the right programme, with the right technique for the right results and knows some expert help would be most helpful in the short term at least - Needs someone to keep them accountable and make sure they see their good intentions through If this sounds a bit like you then we'd love to help you to: - Tone right up and feel energised - Have bundles more energy (This is the real big for positive change) - Feel stronger and leaner - Decrease stress levels - Transform your overall confidence levels Last available slots are expected to run out very soon so if you're ready to make a dramatic change to your health and fitness fast, send me a DM with the word Empower
