By The Teaching Apostle Subject: Salvation Theme: Season of God's Power Title: How to Maintain Salvation in our times 📖 Text: 2 Corinthians 5:16–21 🔹 1. A New Way of Seeing (v.16) Paul teaches that we no longer view people from a worldly perspective. Salvation changes how we see others—through the eyes of Christ, not the flesh. 👉 Even Jesus Christ is no longer seen merely as a man, but as Lord and Savior. 🔹 2. New Creation in Christ (v.17) “If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation…” Salvation is not behavior change—it is total transformation. Old life = gone New life = begun This is spiritual rebirth. 🔹 3. Reconciliation with God (v.18–19) God restores our relationship with Him through Christ. We were separated by sin Through Christ, we are brought back to God 👉 This is the heart of salvation: reconciliation. God does not count our sins against us anymore! 🔹 4. Ministry of Reconciliation (v.19–20) Once saved, we receive an assignment: We become ambassadors for Christ We carry the message: “Be reconciled to God” Salvation is not just for you—it must reach others. 🔹 5. The Great Exchange (v.21) “God made Him who had no sin to be sin for us…” This is the foundation of salvation: Jesus Christ took our sin We receive His righteousness 👉 This is called substitution—He took our place. 🔥 Salvation : - A new identity - A restored relationship with God - A divine mission - A righteous standing through Christ. 🙏Salvation is not just being saved from sin—it is being transformed, reconciled, and sent!
