Hard Landscaper Wanted – Join a Growing, Quality-Driven Team We’re looking for a skilled, motivated, and passionate Hard Landscaper to join our team, working on high-end residential and commercial projects. What You’ll Be Doing: -Setting out and site preparation -Installing paving (porcelain and natural stone) -Groundworks and drainage -Fencing, decking, and structural timber work -Building retaining walls and brickwork What We’re Looking For: -Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in hard landscaping -Strong skills in paving, groundworks, and setting out -Confidence installing patios (including porcelain) -Good understanding of levels, falls, and groundwork prep -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality finishes -Physically fit and reliable -Ability to identify and communicate issues on site -CSCS card preferred (not essential) -Ability to read technical drawings (an advantage, not essential) What We Offer: -Competitive salary -Immediate start available -Consistent, high-quality project work -Full-time, permanent role (Monday–Friday) Our projects include premium patios, natural stone paving, decking, fencing, and retaining walls across private and commercial sites.
