T.B.O.S @tbos_independent Untitled Jacket , 2026 This series is composed of reconstructed garments created through the deconstruction and recombination of archival clothing originating from different contexts and functions, including cargo pants, utility wear, sportswear, and graphic T-shirts. Existing elements such as pocket structures, workwear details, graphic imagery, material wear, and traces of time are rearranged within new compositions, transforming familiar garments into sculptural silhouettes. Each piece combines cultural references drawn from functionality, protection, sports culture, music, and graphic imagery, exploring new forms of visual tension and balance through processes of deconstruction and reconstruction. The collision between utility wear and graphic textiles, along with the recontextualization of familiar garments, expands clothing beyond conventional upcycling into sculptural objects. Based on archival garments carrying visible traces of time, the series proposes a new form of reconstructed clothing that simultaneously embodies functionality and cultural symbolism.
