Many bunkhouses do not include a separate bedroom. -Private master bedroom with a door, and Ensuite bathroom. -Huge closet in entryway -Ample Storage Space: So many empty cupboards to store things. -The master bed has a new high end mattress topper, ensuring a comfortable sleep. -All mattresses have removable, washable mattress protectors. -If it works with our other rentals, you can load your stuff in before your rental period begins Beds: -1 Queen bedroom: sleeps 2 -1 pull out couch: sleeps 2 -1 table bed: sleeps 1 adult OR 2 children -1 bunk bed with trundle bed: sleeps 3 - 1 single bed: sleeps 1 Rental Contract: A comprehensive rental contract will be provided, guaranteeing the rental. You will be fully insured through the process (through our personal insurance, though liability insurance will cost you $10 extra per day (must be purchased by the renter at a local automobile insurance broker (Autoplan, etc). This is much cheaper than the fees RV rental sites will charge you for insurance. I have done due diligence to find out which policies are needed to make sure ICBC will cover you in case of damage to the trailer during your stay. Damage deposit is $500. Fully refundable. Delivery -$75 for local delivery and pick up (Langley and parts of Surrey) -$200 to Cultus, Rolley, Golden Ears, etc. -$250 to Hope Optional Add ons: - Bedding: $100 -Cleaning: $75 or return the trailer the same way you got it -Generator: $75 -Propane refill: $50 or return the tanks full - Empty septic: $100 (must be purchased for no hook up deliveries). Pick up: -$0 to local campgrounds -Any driving distance over 200 km from Langley will cost an additional $1.50/km. -You must drive a large vehicle and be very familiar with pulling trailers to be considered for pick up. About Us: We, the owners, are previous renters; we’ve rented trailers off rental sites before for our family for the past 5 years. This makes for a positive send off and aftermath experience; we know what you are looking for, and we also aren't looking to make things difficult for you or hit you with unexpected money grabs in the aftermath of the rental.
