One case of the missing fence, and another case of the filter being fully open when the tray was retracting, had caused the confusion about safety. We corrected what was wrong quickly at the risk of cash flow drainage and managed to come back stronger, but damage had been caused by grudgy persons who would profit handsomely from prompting others. Even today, one can MANUALLY pause the filter and insert whatever they like behind the filter to make a scene. There's no immediate and effective measure we can take about this kind of delibrate misrepresentation.
