This is not a role for someone who only manages calendars, boosts posts, or reports vanity metrics. You will work backwards from business goals: find the audience, identify the bottleneck, build the plan, lead execution, review data, and improve until results move. What you will own: → Turn revenue targets into marketing plans, budgets, KPIs, campaigns, and weekly actions. → Analyze the full funnel: reach, leads, lead quality, conversion, CAC, ROI, and revenue. → Diagnose growth blockers across message, creative, targeting, offer, channel, landing flow, follow-up, and sales handover. → Run PDCA: Plan clearly, execute fast, check data, and act on what the market tells us. → Lead execution across content, creative, paid media, CRM, social, and sales. → Allocate budget where it performs; stop what does not; scale what works. → Create reports that drive decisions—not dashboards that look busy. → Raise the standard of briefs, experiments, campaign reviews. What we are looking for: → 4+ years in Growth, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Strategy. → Strong analytical ability with funnel metrics, attribution, CAC, ROI, conversion rates, and campaign performance. → Proven experience owning campaigns end-to-end and improving results through testing. → Able to balance strategy with practical, hands-on execution. → A clear communicator who can align teams and move work forward. → Comfortable in a fast-moving startup where goals are high and the playbook is still being built.
