We’re excited to share that, for Dementia Awareness Week this year, we’ll be offering taster sessions of some of the activities we run throughout the year — with fantastic support from Guernsey Sports Commission, Guernsey Mobility, Let’s Go, and the Guernsey Volleyball Association. Carers will also have the chance to chat informally with The Older Adult mental Health Team, the Admiral Nurse, Social Workers, Carers Guernsey, Dementia Friendly Guernsey, and the Office of the Data Protection Authority for advice and support. We’re all really looking forward to seeing you there! 💛
