A dreamy email landed in my inbox a few days ago ✨ Emma from @fortunemag reached out to let me know she had just interviewed the brilliant Joanna Griffiths, founder of @knix, and Joanna had shared that hypnotherapy had played a pivotal role in her journey, mentioning our work together. Reading the article was incredibly moving. Joanna speaks openly about rewiring fear of failure, navigating burnout, and learning how to make decisions from optimism instead of fear. The awe and honor I feel getting to witness these kinds of breakthroughs is why I do this work. Hypnotherapy is continuing to move into the mainstream in ways that are honestly still surreal to witness. Brilliant, high-performing people with access to every possible resource are turning inward and discovering how powerful subconscious work is. Moments like this remind me how lucky I am to work with clients who are so generous in sharing their stories. I never expect it, but I’m endlessly grateful when they do. After reading the full Fortune article (link in bio), I’d love to hear what resonates with you most! And thank you, @joannaknix !! I am forever grateful that you continue to shout our work together from the rooftops. You are the ultimate champion of women, and it is a dream “job” to be in your corner 🥹🫶🏻
