THE REASON I AM STILL HERE TODAY IS BECAUSE I DO NOT JOKE WITH FEEDBACK 💚 This particular issue genuinely shocked me because I really do not like situations where expectations do not match what a customer receives. Let me also clarify something important. The toner shown in our original picture was the old 30ml packaging. We recently discontinued the 30ml size and retained only the 50ml version. If you notice carefully, the 30ml bottle in our picture is slimmer and thinner, while the customer’s own bottle appears bigger and more robust because it is the updated 50ml packaging but she didn’t even notice it. I have personally looked at both images repeatedly because I take feedback very seriously and I always want to ensure customers feel heard and understood. At the same time, I genuinely want to ask respectfully, do you think they are truly different? Don’t forget that we always state the sizes of each product in a bundle via the caption too One thing I never want is for a customer to feel disappointed or feel like what they received does not align with what they expected. That is something I take very personally as a brand owner. Feedback, whether positive or negative, genuinely helps us improve, communicate better and notice things we may have overlooked internally. 💚
