i love it when i pick up certain things from being on the road and then actually use them on a daily. i first saw sea buckthorn in himachal in cafe menus as “sea buckthorn juice” then went to ladakh and got to know even more but i hadn’t actually used it on a more frequent basis until i found @wellbeing.nutrition sea buckthorn juice. it’s an acquired taste for sure but it’s so so good for my body 🥹 #ad
