Ube. Cold foam. Matcha latte. 💜💚 We tried making an Ube Cold Foam Matcha Latte — and it’s the perfect combo of earthy matcha and sweet, nutty ube in one creamy, dreamy cup. It’s rich but refreshing and eye-catching! Think: bold matcha latte base topped with pillowy purple ube foam that slowly melts into the drink with every sip. Obsessed is an understatement 😍 Ingredients: Matcha latte - - 2 tsps / 4g matcha - 1.4 oz hot water (about 175°F) - 2 oz milk Ube cold foam - - 1/2 tsp of ube extract - A splash of whipped cream - 3.5 oz cold milk Recipe: 1. Add matcha powder and water to a bowl. Whisk until smooth. 2. Add milk in whisked matcha and let it sit aside. 3. In a separate pourer, combine whipped cream, cold milk and ube extract. 4. With a electric frother, froth it until it’s light and fluffy. 5. In a glass with ice, pour matcha latte mixture first as the base. 6. Top it off with ube cold foam and you’re done! (optional: you can sprinkle some matcha powder on top for the gram) #betterwithmatcha #naoki #naokimatcha #finejapanesematcha #authenticjapanesematcha #naokimatchacafe #matchalover #greentea #matchalove #matchatea #matchagreentea #matchaholic #matchapowder #matchalovers #organicmatcha #greentealover #matchamood #japanesematcha #matchaaddict #matchaeverything #ilovematcha #matchavibes #matchatime #tealover #teatime
