Tranquil Haven by Shreesh Design Studio LLP & Avastha Studios Farmhouses embody relaxation, quiet indulgence, and a welcome escape from the routines of everyday life. Designed as retreats immersed in openness and privacy, they offer a slower, more meaningful connection with nature. Although this farmhouse is located on the outskirts of Vadodara, Gujarat, its atmosphere feels far removed from the urban environment, rooted instead in lush greenery, organic living, and a deep sense of calm. As described by the design team, the home is nestled within an expansive landscape of dense vegetation, intentionally detached from external disturbances and seamlessly hidden within stretches of grassland and cultivated fields. The site itself unfolds as a secluded sanctuary, untouched by surrounding built development. Accessed through a “pukka” road bordered by trees and shrubs, the journey toward the farmhouse feels almost cinematic, a gradual transition into serenity. The landscape design carefully balances hardscape and softscape elements, creating inviting pathways that encourage residents to wander through the property while experiencing the richness of the foliage.
