The “Introduction to Entrepreneurship” course is a foundational piece of the Boots to Business (B2B). Participants are introduced to skills, knowledge, and resources needed to launch a business. This is a one-day program, facilitated by subject matter experts from the SBA and their extensive network of skilled business advisors. Topics will include: · Introduction to Business Ownership · Basics of Opportunity Recognition · Understanding Markets and Your Competitive Space · The Economics of Small Business Start-Up · Legal Considerations for Veteran-Owned Small Businesses · Introduction to Business Planning · Financing Your Venture .
