Apple Gadgets is looking for a “Senior Executive for Accounts department.” Job Details: Vacancy: 03 Job Location: Panthapath, Dhaka Salary: up to 40,000 BDT (Negotiation for Experienced Persons) Employment Status: Full-time Experience Requirements: At least 02 years of experience in the relevant position. Job Responsibilities: ➢ Record sales, purchases and expenses in accounting software with verification. ➢ Prepare the Sales & Purchase reconcile statement. ➢ Prepare a Bank reconciliation statement and record bank transactions in accounting software. ➢ Prepare a daily Sales report outlet-wise. ➢ Maintain petty cash & monitor company credit card transactions. ➢ Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits & ensure all necessary documentation is provided. ➢ Reconcile all card transactions with bank and client payments. ➢ Prepare courier payment data and verify with the third party. ➢ Recorded expense in Tally Prime with cost center and verified with the source document. ➢ Assist the Department Head in preparing monthly Financial Statements. Qualifications: • BBA/MBA in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Highly encourage of CA course completed from a reputed audit firm. • Proven experience in internal auditing, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment, will be an added advantage. • Strong knowledge of auditing principles, IAS and IFRS practices, and techniques. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to work under pressure. • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
