We are looking for a proactive, organized, and result-driven Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing who will play a key role in managing agency operations, client relationships, project execution and business development. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills and practical experience in handling multiple clients and coordinating cross-functional teams within a digital marketing agency. 🎯𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the agency and ensure smooth workflow across departments. • Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, prepare project briefs and maintain long-term professional relationships. • Supervise and coordinate the creative team, including graphic designers, content writers, video editors, photographers, and digital marketers. • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. • Review social media content calendars, campaign strategies, and creative deliverables before submission to clients. • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports with actionable insights. • Ensure all client projects are delivered on time while maintaining high-quality standards. • Prepare quotations, proposals, project timelines and presentations for prospective and existing clients. • Attend client meetings, conduct presentations and support business development initiatives. • Assist management in achieving monthly sales and revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities. • Maintain project documentation, workflow reports and operational records. • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and platform updates to recommend innovative marketing strategies. 🎓𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. MBA will be considered an advantage. • Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency or similar organization. • Proven experience in client servicing, project management, and team coordination. • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, including Social Media Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Content Marketing and Email Marketing. • Experience in preparing project proposals, marketing strategies and client presentations. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
