Long days deserve comforting meals that truly satisfy. Our maize meal power bowl made with #MagnifisanMaizeMeal brings warmth, nourishment and a little everyday Magic to your workday lunch. You'll need: • 1 cup cooked Magnifisan pap • 1 can chickpeas, drained • 1 onion, chopped • 1 tsp paprika • Salt & pepper Method: 1. Heat a small pan over medium heat and add a splash of oil. 2. Add the chopped onion and sauté gently for 3–4 minutes until soft, translucent and lightly golden. 3. Add the drained chickpeas to the pan with the onions. 4. Sprinkle in the paprika, salt and pepper, stirring well to coat the chickpeas evenly with the seasoning. 5. Allow the chickpeas to cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and lightly toasted for extra flavour. 6. Warm the cooked Magnifisan pap gently in a separate pot or microwave until hot and soft. 7. Spoon the warm pap into a bowl and top with the spiced chickpea mixture. Serve immediately as a hearty workday lunch or light dinner.
