Ad text

I was lying awake at night thinking about jobs, staff problems. At work I was ON. At home I was ON. Brain going a million miles an hour. It got worse before it got better. I told myself I was fine, I was making decent money, had the family and my health. "Get over it, Rick." Then I pretty much broke down. Hit a hard reset on everything I thought I knew about business, teams, and success. For 10 years I went deep into neuroscience, sporting psychology, studied what actually made businesses run without the owner putting out fires 24/7. Most coaches I'd tried sold promises with no real plan. Empty words. "You can't have your cake and eat it too, Rick." Eventually I found one way to clear the subconscious blocks holding me back. I felt lighter. More in control. I wasn't the bottleneck to my own creation anymore. A decade on, we've helped over 800 blokes in business across Australia become the man their family and business needs them to be. Average client results: +$60,047 net profit per month +$200,000 turnover per month - 29 hours per week back We work with blokes doing $1-10M in service or construction. If that's you and this hit home, click below and shoot us an enquiry.
